PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has appointed former Vice-President Godfrey Miyanda as the head of Southern African Development Community (SADC) electoral observer mission to Madagascar. The President made the appointment in his capacity as chairperson of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation.
