A MINING consultant has urged Government to engage European Union (EU) and World Bank on possibilities of financing the national geological exploration programme.
Wilfred Katoto, who is also a mining expert, estimates that Zambia would need about US$100 million to conduct an air borne survey of the entire country to ascertain its mineralisation.
Mr Katoto said countries like Namibia had engaged the two institutions and were successful in conducting the programme.
