PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says any initiative around increasing agricultural production in Zambia is relevant to the New Dawn administration’s agenda.
Speaking when Commonwealth Partnership for Technology and Management (CPTM) chief executive officer David Smith met him at State House yesterday, President Hichilema reiterated the need for increased agricultural yields.
CPTM was established by the Commonwealth in 1995 to help member states to fast-track economic growth using smart partnerships.
“Our heartland is mostly southern and eastern African, with Malaysia and Caribbean Islands.
