THE New Dawn administration will not interfere in the formation of regional groupings that seek to perpetuate development as those involved are exercising their constitutional freedom of association, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has said.
In an interview, Mr Mweetwa said Government is not in any way disturbed by the creation of the Umodzi Kum’mawa and other regional groupings as those affiliated are practising their democratic rights.
