CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has taken a swipe at former President Edgar Lungu over his call to investigate Stanley Kakubo, who on Tuesday resigned as minister of Foreign Affairs for alleged corruption.
Mr Kakubo, who served in the New Dawn Cabinet since 2021, offered his resignation to President Hakainde Hichilema following allegations that he was involved in a shady deal with some Chinese business persons.
