Kangwa urges PSMD to respond to current public service needs

SECRETARY to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa has urged the Public Service Management Division (PSMD) to implement administrative mechanisms to respond to the ever-changing public service environment.
Mr Kangwa said effective and efficient management of human resource in the public service is of paramount importance as it
facilitates smooth operations of the Government.
“I urge the division to put in place administrative and structural mechanisms to effectively implement these documents, as well as respond to the ever-changing public service environment,” he said during the launch of the 2023-2026 strategic plan, service delivery charter and information, education and communication strategy for PSMD yesterday..https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
