Amos Chanda found with case over court records

FORMER State House press aide Amos Chanda has been found with a case in a matter he is accused of stealing a court record.
Lusaka magistrate Irene Wishimanga yesterday ruled that from the evidence adduced by the State, a prima facie case had been established against Chanda, who is facing two counts of theft and destroying evidence.
“A prima facie case has been made out against the accused person to allow the accused to give his defence,” the magistrate said. “I place the accused on his defence in the two counts.”
