Buffaloes, who are still unbeaten after 18 games, lead the table with 46 points, one above Zesco Ndola Girls, who are second.
Indeni Roses and Elite Ladies occupy third and fourth positions with 42 and 34 points respectively.
Buffaloes could have taken the lead in the 10th minute after Ireen Lungu put through Agness Phiri in space but her shot went wide.
Christine Ngoma had a chance to put the visitors ahead in added time of the first half but with only Buffaloes goalkeeper Aisha Mbwana to beat, she fired wide.
The second half saw both teams relentlessly chasing for a goal but their strikers were blunt.
