PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has directed law enforcement officers to be proactive and bring to book people who are disregarding the law through reckless burning of natural habitats.
Minister of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says as a champion of environmental protection, President Hichilema regrets that some people have continued to deliberately disregard legislation by disturbing the ecosystem.
