President urges employers, employees to embrace hard work

PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged employers to take good care of employees in order to enhance productivity.
The President said Government, as an employer, has demonstrated that it cares for employees through the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) 20 percent pension partial withdrawal among others.
President Hichilema, who was speaking during Labour Day commemorations under the theme ‘Building Resilience; Workers at the Heart of Zambia’s Economic Recovery’ in Solwezi yesterday, said Government has created more jobs countrywide without discrimination in various fields.
“We have been recruiting people without looking at someone’s name or face and you don’t have to pay anything,” the President said. “If anyone demands money from you, show me that person and I will deal with them.”..https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
