COPPER Princesses coach Carol Kanyemba says they are determined to beat Poland in tomorrow’s penultimate Group D match to put their FIFA Under-17 Women World Cup campaign back on track.
And Copper Princesses are sweating over the fitness of defender Precious Mwape for the encounter against Poland.
On Friday morning, Zambia lost 1-0 to Brazil at Felix Sanchez Stadium in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Defeat left Zambia bottom while leaders Brazil have three points while Japan and Poland have a point apiece after battling to a barren draw.
Kanyemba said in an interview yesterday that her lasses have recovered from the narrow defeat to Brazil and are motivated to beat Poland.
