SEVERAL passengers were yesterday left stranded at Lusaka’s Inter-city Bus Terminus after bus operators protested against the decision by Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) to suspend the operating licence for Juldan Motorways.

RTSA director and chief executive officer Amon Mweemba told journalists on Wednesday that the agency will not back down on the decision it made to suspend the licence of Juldan Motorways Limited.
