HH arrives in Japan for official visit, as Japanese investors eye road sector

TOKYO – President Hakainde Hichilema arrived in Tokyo, Japan, yesterday to start his week-long visit.
ZANIS reports that President Hichilema touched down at Haneda International Airport in Tokyo, aboard an Emirates Boeing 312, about 18:00 hours Zambian time.
The President was received by that country’s State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hisayuki Fujii, and Japanese Ambassador to Zambia Takeuchi Kazuyuki, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe and Zambia’s Ambassador to Japan Tobias Mulimbika among others.
Government officials who have accompanied the President include Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Charles Milupi and his Commerce, Trade and Industry counterpart, Chipoka Mulenga.
