ZAMBIA Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) has assured of an uninterrupted supply of medicines countrywide as Government has a well-defined plan of buying drugs.
ZAMMSA senior manager corporate communications Bradley Chingobe says the Ministry of Health has an annual procurement plan that forecasts drug requirements of the country.
Mr Chingobe has allayed fears of any shortages of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs or essential medicines in the country following a reported pause of medical supplies support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
