‘‘WHAT a game it was,” President Hakainde Hichilema said after watching the Copper Queens overcome Ghana and advance to the final round of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games qualifying race.
On Wednesday night, Zambia battled to a 3-all draw with the Black Queens to progress 4-3 on aggregate.
Zambia will face Morocco, who massacred Tunisia 6-2 on aggregate.
With skipper Barbara Banda netting a last-minute free-kick, President Hichilema took to social media to convey his congratulatory message to the team.
