Philemon Dyamini, of Lusaka’s Lilayi Road, is facing two counts of dangerous driving and failing to change ownership of a motor vehicle.
Claims are that on August 30 this year, around 18:30 hours, the accused drove his BMW, registration number BAP 3706, on Independence Avenue, a public road.
It is alleged that Philemon drove in a manner that was dangerous to the public and other road-users and the amount of traffic that was there at the time.
