Church has brilliant minds

VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says there is room for the Church to be incorporated in public-private partnerships (PPP) because some of the brilliant minds and outstanding business executives are in the body of Christ.
Speaking at the Inuka Afrika Executive Business Breakfast yesterday under the theme ‘Raising the responsibility bar’, Mrs Nalumango said Government is committed to working with the Church in developing the nation.
“There is room for the Church to be incorporated in the current initiative of the public-private partnership because some of the brilliant minds and outstanding business executives are in the body of Christ,” she said.
“Government remains committed to working with the Church and the private sector as strategic partners in growing our economy and fostering national development.”
The Vice-President said this in a speech read on her behalf by Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Elias Mubanga.
