STANDARD Chartered Bank chief executive officer Sonny Zulu has been ordained as a reverend in the Grace Ministries Church, with a call on him to resist deception and ‘packaging the Holy Spirit like a commodity’.
Mr Zulu was serving as pastor at Grace City Lusaka, which is under Grace Ministries Mission International (GMMI).
He was ordained yesterday.
Bishop Imakando, who was humbled to be guest of honour, implored Christians to desist from being jealous against one another.
GMMI presiding bishop Lucky Simumba urged Rev Zulu to avoid being tempted into offering ‘fake products’ like a few clerics do.
“You (Mr Zulu) are now a reverend. Do not be involved in deception where fake clergies are packaging the Holy Spirit like a commodity. Be wary of fake clergies who are deceiving people,” Bishop Simumba said.
He regrets that some men of God, who are deemed as rotten groundnuts, are deceiving people by selling to them fake anointed products…https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
