THE Matero Local Court has heard how four months after divorcing his wife, a man has secretly been going back to her house to eat despite having remarried.
Martin Mwamba has also failed to comply with the court order to pay child maintenance for his three children for the past two months.
This was heard in a matter in which Mwamba was facing one count of contempt of court.
The court heard that on August 31, 2024, the court divorced Mwamba and Agness Mbuzi.
