A DISPUTE over family properties has led a 50-year-old soldier of Lusaka West to drag his two older sisters to court. David Banda alleged that his sisters Ruth and Maggie
Banda have been the only ones benefitting from the properties despite having a younger sister that came back home after a failed marriage.
According to David, the two sisters sold a family house in George Township and shared the money between themselves.
David said his sister Ruth decided to build a house on a family plot in Chunga and has been getting rentals for over 15 years while his other sister Maggie stayed in the family house for 35 years with her husband.
He explained that he had to chase his sister Maggie out of the family house.
