GOVERNMENT has secured US$50 million to build a railway line from Lucala in Angola via Jimbe in North-Western Province to Chingola on the Copperbelt.
North-Western Province Minister Robert Lihefu said the railway project will be supported by the American government and European Union (EU).
He said the New Dawn administration is making strides to open up the country to the export markets to stimulate economic activities through enhanced trade with its neighbouring countries.
