COPPER Queens goalkeeper Hazel Nali has expressed gratitude to Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu and a number of stakeholders for their unwavering support during her rehabilitation in New Zealand.
Nali’s journey took an unexpected turn days before the FIFA World Cup kicked off in Australia and New Zealand when she suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.
The injury ruled her out of the tournament, but she chose to stay in New Zealand for treatment courtesy of Government.
